Through our Vancouver Island rail terminal, we supply propane to independent distributors and retail marketers on Vancouver Island. Our terminal provides secure storage, efficient rail-to-truck transfers, and dependable product availability to support regional energy demand year-round.
Orca Midstream delivers propane via rail and truck throughout North America. We coordinate logistics from origin to destination, ensuring timely delivery, regulatory compliance, and competitive supply for terminals, wholesalers, and industrial customers.

Orca Pacific Terminal is proud to be one of the few dedicated propane supply points on Vancouver Island. Strategically positioned to serve local distributors, retailers, and commercial customers, the terminal plays a critical role in ensuring reliable LPG supply to Island communities.
Operational excellence and customer experience are central to our approach. We have recently implemented new terminal software to streamline the driver loading process, allowing seamless access and transaction management directly from the MicroLoad keypad at both loading risers. Once a lift is complete, Bills of Lading (BOLs) are automatically generated and emailed, improving efficiency, reducing paperwork, and enhancing visibility for our customers.

Owner, President
Todd Greiner brings decades of experience in propane marketing and trading across North America with experience as VP of LPG Trading with Elbow River Marketing Ltd. for nearly 20 years. With a deep understanding of supply fundamentals, logistics, and customer relationships, he has built long-term partnerships throughout the LPG industry. Todd leads Orca Midstream with a disciplined, relationship-driven approach focused on integrity and sustainable growth.
Head of Logistics
Dayne Greiner plays an entrepreneurial leadership role at Orca Midstream, working across both the financial and physical sides of the business. In addition to overseeing rail logistics and cross-border operations, he is actively involved in market strategy, deal structuring, and freight optimization. Working in the LPG industry now for 5 years in energy marketing and commodity trading, he ensures efficient product movement from origin to destination.
Marketing & Business Development Manager
Reggie Dickson brings a strong background in financial trading and hedging within the LPG sector, with prior experience at SGL Liquids and Factor Gas Liquids. Alongside his risk management expertise, he has been directly involved in physical trading and logistics execution, providing a well-rounded understanding of both financial and physical markets. Since joining Orca Midstream, Reggie has been a key contributor to expanding term season opportunities and supporting the company’s continued growth into the 2026–2027 season.
